What's best to style hair? Dryer with brush attachment or hot air brush? - round brush hair dryer

I'm rather short, fine hair, curly at all ... rather a tendency to be like every apartment. I would love to relax in or freak out, but appears with a curling a little Poofy in both cases. I am not very skilled with a round brush and hair dryer, so I was looking for another option. Would you recommend a hair dryer looks like with a round brush or a brush with hot air (like a curling iron, but it is a round brush instead)? I was not sure whether either would be better for the hair. Ideas?
